Closing material cycles cannot succeed convincingly if essential interfaces are not clearly defined, remain unclear and are interpreted arbitrarily. Central here is the question of when waste loses its status as waste through treatment and product law is to be applied. Hardly any question is of greater practical and economic relevance. However, the individual material flows have different legal starting points.
We are very pleased to invite you to a practice-oriented online discussion. The problems will be dealt with in 6 material flows (paper, glass, plastics, metals, minerals and organics).
